1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Upmost Cement, LLC and this website, including pages used to request estimates for concrete installation, excavation, grading, drainage, asphalt and related construction services. It also explains how we handle information received through calls, texts, email and advertising lead forms connected to our business.
2. Information we may collect
Contact and project information. This can include your name, phone number, email address, project address, whether the project is residential or commercial, requested service, approximate size, desired timing, plans, photos and any details you choose to provide.
Website and device information. Our website host and measurement providers may receive an IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, dates and times, and interactions such as call-button clicks or estimate-form activity.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information through the estimate form, text message or ordinary email.
3. How estimate requests work
The website estimate form prepares a text message on your device. The form does not send the message by itself. You must review the prepared message and press Send in your messaging app before Upmost receives it. Your device, mobile carrier and messaging provider may also process that message under their own terms and privacy policies.
If you submit information through a Google Ads lead form or another advertising platform, that platform may collect the information first and then provide it to Upmost. The platform's privacy policy also applies to its collection and processing.
4. How we use information
- Respond to questions and estimate requests.
- Qualify project scope, arrange site visits and prepare proposals.
- Schedule, perform and support requested construction services.
- Operate, protect and improve the website and customer experience.
- Measure calls, messages, lead activity and advertising performance.
- Prevent fraud, misuse and security problems.
- Meet legal, insurance, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
5. Calls, texts and email
When you request an estimate or contact Upmost, we may call, text or email you about that request and the related project. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You can ask us to stop nonessential texts at any time; messages needed to complete an active request or transaction may still be sent where permitted.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use cookies, pixels and similar technology supplied by our website host and services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. These tools can help us understand website use, measure calls or estimate actions, limit irrelevant advertising and improve campaigns. Depending on configuration, providers may use device identifiers, IP addresses and browsing activity to provide measurement or advertising services.
You can limit cookies through your browser and manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Blocking some technology may affect website features or measurement.
7. When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help with website hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, scheduling, records or project operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business financing, reorganization, sale or transfer. Providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform or as the law allows.
Upmost does not sell personal information for money and does not rent project leads to unrelated companies.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote, perform work, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention varies by the type of record and whether you become a customer. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, text message or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information Upmost maintains about you by contacting us below. We will consider the request and respond as required by applicable law, subject to identity verification and legitimate recordkeeping exceptions. You can also use browser controls to manage cookies and unsubscribe or opt out where an advertising or communication service provides that choice.
10. Children and outside links
This website is intended for property owners, contractors, businesses and other adults seeking construction services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Links to outside services are governed by those services' own policies.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the website, advertising or business practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
